New Home Suite Beta

My development time has been limited over the summer, but I fixed many of the issues testers have found in the previous beta versions. If you would like to try the new beta, please visit www.mountain-software.com/suite.htm for details.

Discover Life Watch!

These days we are all trying to live healthier lives. We eat better, try to exercise, and watch our weight, but in many cases we just guess whether we are really healthier than we used to be. What we need is a way to track our weight, record our body measurements, and manage medical conditions like blood pressure and cholesterol. And when was the last time you visited the dentist or had a physical exam? If this sounds a little too familiar, you need a program like Life Watch to manage the health of you and your family.

Even if you're not a woman, you'll love the ability to track and estimate future menstrual cycles. Know the best times to plan your vacations, or if you're trying to have a baby when you're most likely to conceive.

If you're a new parent, use Life Watch to track the growth and development of your new baby. Record their height, weight, immunizations, doctor visits, and more.

Take charge of your health management and give Life Watch a try. At only $17.95, it's cheaper than a pizza, and a lot better for you... :) Visit www.mountain-software.com for more information and to download the free trial version.

Videos Web Page Updated

As many of you know, one of my side hobbies is making short movies of our vacations, home improvement projects, and so on. With the completion of my latest video I decided to redesign my videos web page and merge my vacation trip reports into the videos pages. This should make the site easier to navigate while providing more information on the various videos.

At the end of July, we took a road trip to the Canadian Rockies in Alberta, Canada. Our route took us through Glacier National Park, Waterton Lakes National Park, up through Banff and Jasper National Parks, then back down through British Columbia. While our time was limited, we had a great trip and saw some truly amazing scenery. We also enjoyed seeing a lot of wildlife including a bear, deer, moose, bighorn sheep, and an assortment of ground squirrels. If you've ever thought of visiting the Canadian Rockies, I encourage you to check out my new video. It's one of the longest I've produced (about 31 minutes), but there is just so much to see. Stop by and have a look. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
