Organize your address book

Home Suite makes it easy to enter the addresses of friends, family, and businesses. You can include the first and last name, company, and full mailing address. Fields are available for home, work, and cell phone numbers, as well as email and web sites. Miscellaneous fields let you add notes and additional information like birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas card lists, etc.

If you are currently using another address manager, you can use the vCard or CSV format to easily import your addresses into Home Suite. A simple field mapper helps ensure the records you import turn out the way you want them to.

Print Labels and Envelopes

When you need to print labels for your birthday party, club newsletter, wedding invitations, or other event, you can select and print your addresses to a variety of label formats. Once you select the desired label size, you can adjust the position and spacing as needed to fit your printer labels. You can even disable individual labels if you are reusing a sheet you have already removed labels from. Or, you can enter a return address and print directly to envelopes.

Create Address Books

Print custom address books to use when you are away from the computer. You can print your entire address collection, or choose the addresses you want to include in your printed address book.

Map Addresses

Quickly locate any address in your address book by using the map feature to access popular mapping services like Google Maps, Mapquest, Yahoo Maps, and Bing maps.

Email and Websites

Save your contacts in Home Suite, then easily send them an email or visit their web site with a single click.

Share your addresses

Export your entire address book or select records if you want to share addresses with friends or use them in another application. The vCard and CSV formats are supported by many applications, and exporting an email address list will allow you to load your addresses into mass mailers and other utilities. There's even a plain text export if you just want to email an address to a friend.

Manage Multiple Vehicles

Home Suite lets you keep auto records for every vehicle in your household. You can record the make, model, and year of your car or truck, as well as the VIN and license number for easy reference. You can even add a photo to each vehicle for quick identification.

Monitor Fuel Economy

Keeping an eye on your vehicles fuel economy is informative and can save you money by signalling when there may be problems with your vehicle. If your economy readings drop suddenly it may be time for a tune-up or other repairs. You will also see how adjustments to tire pressures, taking junk out of the trunk, or engine modifications affect your fuel economy.

When you fill up your car, record the odometer reading, the amount of fuel used, and the cost. Home Suite will automatically locate your last odometer reading, compute the distance you have traveled, and calculate the MPG (miles per gallon) or km/l (kilometers per liter). The summary will display your highest and lowest economy readings, as well as the average over the last three months.

Record Vehicle Maintenance

When you make repairs to your vehicle or perform routine maintenance, record them in Home Suite. You can look up past records like the last time you changed your oil, or to see how many miles you have put on those new tires. The summary will let you monitor how much you have spent on car repairs.

International Support

Home Suite adjusts automatically to the measurement system used in your country. You can enter miles and gallons in the US, or kilometers and liters in countries that use metric measurements. If you take a road trip to a country that uses different measurements, you can enter your records with the original measurements and Home Suite will automatically convert them into your local measurements. And you won't have to reenter your records if you should move to a new country. Just change your computer settings and Home Suite will display all records with the new measurements.

Safe and Secure

Home Suite uses highly secure 256 bit AES encryption to ensure your password and account data remains private. Enter a master password and no one will have access to your records unless you want them to.

Flexible Storage

You can store up to 15 fields for each record and define your own labels for each field. This makes Home Suite equally suitable for storing:
