Home Suite will help your organize all the bits of information you gather around your home. Keep track of addresses, email, and phone numbers for your friends and family. Record maintenance and fuel records for your vehicles so you can review past repairs and keep an eye on your gas mileage. And, secure all of your account numbers, passwords, registration codes, and more so they're easier to find, and safe from prying eyes.

Enter the names and addresses for all your friends and family. Record the phone numbers for your doctor, neighbors, and emergency contacts. And, organize the contact information you need for companies you work with. Home Suite supports the name, company, address, multiple phone numbers, email, web site, and more for each record. You can even add miscellaneous notes for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas card lists, etc.

If you are already using another computer based address manager, you can use the vCard or CSV format to easily import your addresses into Home Suite. You can even choose which fields to import if your address data uses a different layout.

Once you have your address lists in Home Suite, you can easily find the addresses you need. It's also easy to make changes when a person moves, a company goes out of business, or if you need to update a phone number or email address. No more "white out" or trying to erase the address you wrote with a pen.

When you need to print labels for your birthday party, club newsletter, wedding invitations, or other event, you can select and print your addresses to a variety of label formats. Once you select the desired label size, you can adjust the position and spacing as needed to fit your printer labels. You can even disable individual labels if you are reusing a sheet you have already removed labels from. Or, you can enter a return address and print directly to envelopes.

Print custom address books to use when you are away from the computer. You can print your entire address collection, or choose the addresses you want to include in your printed address book.

Quickly locate any address in your address book by using the map feature to access popular mapping services like Google Maps, Mapquest, Yahoo Maps, and Bing maps.

Save your contacts in Home Suite, then easily send them an email or visit their web site with a single click.

Export your entire address book or select records if you want to share addresses with friends or use them in another application. The vCard and CSV formats are supported by many applications, and exporting an email address list will allow you to load your addresses into mass mailers and other utilities. There's even a plain text export if you just want to email an address to a friend.

Home Suite makes it easy to manage your vehicles, whether your family shares a car, or you have an entire fleet. It doesn't matter if you drive a small compact car, an old beat up truck, a touring motorcycle, or even if you ride your bicycle to work. You can use Home Suite to record the make, model, year, VIN, and license numbers for easy reference, and maintain records for each vehicle. You can even add a photo for quick identification.

When you make repairs to your vehicle or perform routine maintenance, record them in Home Suite. You can look up past records like the last time you changed your oil, or to see how many miles you have put on those new tires. The summary will let you monitor how much you have spent on car repairs.

Keeping an eye on your vehicles fuel economy is informative and can save you money by signalling when there may be problems with your vehicle. If your economy readings drop suddenly it may be time for a tune-up or other repairs. You will also see how adjustments to tire pressures, taking junk out of the trunk, or engine modifications affect your fuel economy.

When you fill up your car, record the odometer reading, the amount of fuel used, and the cost. Home Suite will automatically locate your last odometer reading, compute the distance you have traveled, and calculate the MPG (miles per gallon) or km/l (kilometers per liter). The summary will display your highest and lowest economy readings, as well as the average over the last three months.

Home Suite adjusts automatically to the measurement system used in your country. You can enter miles and gallons in the US, or kilometers and liters in countries that use metric measurements. If you take a road trip to a country that uses different measurements, you can enter your records with the original measurements and Home Suite will automatically convert them into your local measurements. And you won't have to reenter your records if you should move to a new country. Just change your computer settings and Home Suite will display all records with the new measurements.

Use the export feature to transfer your vehicle records to a spreadsheet, or create printed reports when you sell the vehicle or need to research past repairs.

Home Suite uses highly secure 256 bit AES encryption to ensure your password and account data remains private. Enter a master password and no one will have access to your records unless you want them to.

Home Suite lets you define your own records for a variety of tasks. You can enter up to 15 labels and values per record, and quickly locate those records when you need them. Possible uses include:

This makes it easy to use your passwords on web pages, enter account numbers into forms, transfer registration codes into software products, add identification numbers to text documents, and more. You can even open email and web site addresses you have stored with a single click.
